To begin the process, please complete the intake form. This will provide helpful background information and allow us to determine whether services are a good fit for your child’s needs.
Following submission, we will schedule an initial consultation session to review your responses, discuss goals, and determine next steps.
Initial Consultation Fee: $75
This session allows time to:
Review your child’s strengths and areas of need
Discuss goals for therapy
Determine the most appropriate starting point (1:1, group, or future community-based sessions)
