DESIGNED TO HELP TEENS AND YOUNG ADULTS BUILD CONFIDENCE IN AUTHENTIC SOCIAL SITUATIONS

I provide private, relationship-based speech therapy for teens and young adults, focused on real-world social communication.

Many of the individuals I work with know what they want to say, but struggle with how to say it, when to say it, or how it comes across to others.

In our sessions, we work on building confidence, understanding the “hidden rules” of social interaction, and navigating everyday situations more successfully.

Therapy begins with structured support and guided practice, then moves into real-life application in the community.

This might include:

  • ordering at a restaurant

  • joining or staying in a group conversation

  • reading social cues and body language

  • handling misunderstandings or awkward moments

  • advocating for themselves with teachers, coaches, or peers

The goal is not just to learn these skills—but to actually use them in real life

POPULATIONS SERVED

  • Junior high and high school students

  • Young adults

  • Neurodiverse learners with a desire to connect with others
