Fees and Payment

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and are offered on a private-pay basis.

  • Individual Sessions: $75 per session

  • Small Group Sessions: $50 per session per participant

  • Community-Based Sessions: Fees may vary depending on location and session structure (typically $50-$75 per hourly session per participant)

Sessions typically begin as 1:1 and may transition to small group or community-based formats as appropriate to support skill generalization.

Each session includes:

  • Individualized planning and goal setting

  • Direct therapy focused on social communication, perspective-taking, and real-world skills

  • Guided practice and discussion

  • Homework and carryover activities to support progress between sessions

  • Ongoing collaboration with families as needed

Recommended Frequency

For meaningful progress and generalization of skills, sessions are typically recommended:

  • Once per week, or

  • At minimum, once every other week

Payment Information

Level Up Social Communication Therapy is a private-pay practice. This model allows for highly individualized, real-world support that goes beyond traditional clinic-based therapy. Payment is due at the time of service.
